Eligibility Verification System

This is a Internet-ased system electronically linked to providers.  The system was specifically designed to greatly reduce administrative cost by decreasing fraud and the labor cost associated with other forms of member verification.  The accuracy and speed of the system enhances the relations between health plan providers, plan members and health plan managers.

The Eligibility Verification System is a versatile system offered in two modules.  The base module provides health plan member verification;  the optional referral module adds referral authorization verification.  The Vivax Host logs the call and then responds to the verification request with a denial or an authorization plus significant member demographics and referral information.
