The target markets are those organizations that are responsible for or involved with the administration of health plans including HMO, EPO, and PPO plans, Dental, Pharmacy, and ancillary services including:

• Medical groups
• Independent Provider Associations (IPA's)
• Medical Service Organizations or Medical Service Administrators (MSO's or MSA's)
• Third Party Administrators
• Pharmaceutical Companies involved with electronic transactions including prescription services
• Financial Organizations involved with electronic transactions, or providing financing for providers and patients for health plan deductibles, withholds, co-pays, and "non-covered" medical services
